THE RIGHT APPROACH FOR YOUR SITE

One property. One considered cleaning plan.

Common areas have different demands throughout the week. A busy driveway, a shaded pathway and a bin storage area may need different treatment and timing. We work through the areas with you so a one-off clean or recurring plan has a clear purpose. That gives the committee or managing agent a defined scope to review, with access, scheduling and any reporting requirements discussed before work begins.

01 / THE CLEANING SCOPE

WHAT NEEDS
ATTENTION?

Start with the surfaces and areas you need cleaned. We confirm the suitable method and agreed scope for your site.

01

Entries, paths & stairs

Include the walkways residents use every day: front entries, connecting paths, external steps and shared landings. Let us know about different paving materials, drainage concerns and areas where people need access. The cleaning scope should distinguish each surface and the arrangements for residents during the visit.

02

Driveways & shared vehicle areas

Driveways, ramps and parking access can be assessed alongside pedestrian areas. Vehicle movements and resident parking affect how the work is staged. Tell us about basement clearance, gates, delivery access and any areas that need to remain available while other sections are being cleaned.

03

Bin rooms & service areas

Bin storage areas and shared service spaces can be included in the quote. Collection days, available drainage, the movement of bins and access to nearby rooms are useful details. Agree what will be moved and which surfaces are included before the cleaning visit is scheduled.

04

External walls & shared surrounds

Bring external walls, courtyard paving and pool surrounds into the conversation where relevant to your property. These areas are assessed for surface suitability and access. A whole-building plan can combine several services, while still making the inclusions and limits of each part clear.

02 / PLAN THE WORK

A CLEAN THAT
FITS YOUR SITE.

Good preparation starts with a clear picture of the property, its surfaces and the way people use it.

Tell us about your site
  1. Give the committee a clear scope

Provide a list of the areas requiring attention and the priorities for the property. Identify the authorised contact for approval and any documents needed for review. We can discuss one visit or a recurring plan, with the service mix and timing set out in the quote.

  2. Coordinate resident access

Share quiet hours, collection days, access codes and the building’s process for notifying residents. Moving vehicles or loose items may need advance coordination. Agree the practical arrangements with the managing agent or building contact so the cleaning team has the access needed for the scheduled work.

  3. Set the reporting expectations

Discuss whether your building needs completion photographs, a manager’s sign-off or another agreed record. Also identify any photography restrictions. Documentation requirements belong in the scope so both the building contact and the cleaning team know what is expected at the end of the visit.

03 / GOOD TO KNOW

YOUR QUESTIONS.
CLEAR ANSWERS.

More to discuss? Include your site details in an enquiry so we can work through the specifics.

Can you arrange recurring strata cleaning?

Recurring cleaning can be discussed for the shared areas your property needs maintained. The service mix, visit frequency and pricing are agreed for the building. We do not assume that every area needs the same interval; a driveway and a bin room may have different priorities.

Can a committee request a one-off clean first?

Yes. A one-off scope can focus on the areas that currently need attention, such as the entrance, paths and driveway. Tell us if the committee is also considering future maintenance so we can discuss that separately from the immediate work.

Do residents need to move their cars?

If vehicle areas are included, access and vehicle relocation need to be agreed before the visit. The exact arrangements depend on the layout and scope. Tell us about visitor parking, garage access and residents who may need additional notice so staging can be discussed.

What details help you quote a strata property?

Send the site address, strata plan or building name, areas to be cleaned, approximate sizes and useful photos. Include the managing contact, access restrictions, water arrangements and preferred timing. A site inspection may be required before a written quote can be prepared.

Can you combine strata, facade and solar cleaning?

We can assess these as parts of a combined property plan. Each service has its own surface and access requirements, so it must be included expressly in the quote. Send the whole list of requirements and your Sydney or surrounding-area location to confirm suitability and availability.
