THE RIGHT APPROACH FOR YOUR SITE

Give hard-working parking areas a fresh start.

A car park clean needs more than a floor area. Access height, drainage, parking occupancy and adjoining pedestrian routes all influence the plan. Tell us where oil residue, tyre marks and everyday grime are concentrated, and which areas are most important to your property. We use that information to discuss the scope, realistic surface expectations and a schedule that fits the site’s operating requirements.

Discuss your property

01 / THE CLEANING SCOPE

WHAT NEEDS
ATTENTION?

Start with the surfaces and areas you need cleaned. We confirm the suitable method and agreed scope for your site.

01

Basement parking areas

Basement layouts can include tight turning areas, low clearances and shared access to lifts or storage rooms. Supply the height limit and a plan or photos where available. Identify the bays and traffic lanes to be cleaned, as well as areas that must remain outside the scope.

02

Open car parks & forecourts

Open parking areas and forecourts are assessed for surface type, weather exposure and vehicle use. Tell us about concrete, asphalt, coatings and line marking so suitability can be considered. Retail activity, deliveries and pedestrian crossings also help determine how the cleaning visit should be organised.

03

Ramps, entries & connecting paths

Ramps and entrances often link vehicle movement with pedestrian access. Include these connecting areas if they form part of the clean you need. Changes in level, drainage and access to neighbouring spaces should be discussed so the agreed scope covers the route through the property.

04

Oil residue & tyre marks

Point out concentrated marks and areas affected by repeated vehicle use. Their age, the surface material and previous treatments can affect the result. We assess suitable cleaning options and discuss limitations; some staining may remain, particularly where removing it further would risk damaging the surface.

02 / PLAN THE WORK

A CLEAN THAT
FITS YOUR SITE.

Good preparation starts with a clear picture of the property, its surfaces and the way people use it.

Tell us about your site
  1. Agree vehicle movements first

Share the number of bays, peak use periods and any vehicles that cannot be moved. A plan may need separate stages or an agreed closure window. Building managers can use the confirmed arrangements to coordinate residents, tenants and deliveries before the cleaning date.

  2. Identify drainage & nearby equipment

Tell us where drainage points are located and about any known pooling, restricted drainage or site wastewater requirements. Flag nearby equipment, storage and sensitive areas. These details are part of assessing the work rather than assuming every parking surface can be treated in the same way.

  3. Scope the full cost drivers

The quote depends on more than the number of bays. Approximate area, condition, access, staging, water arrangements and additional treatments can all matter. Share photos and the site address to start the discussion; a site walk may be needed for a more complex layout.

03 / GOOD TO KNOW

YOUR QUESTIONS.
CLEAR ANSWERS.

More to discuss? Include your site details in an enquiry so we can work through the specifics.

Will cleaning remove every oil stain and tyre mark?

Complete removal cannot be promised. The result depends on the surface, depth and age of staining, previous treatments and what can be done without damage. Tell us about the marks that concern you so expectations and any separately assessed treatment can be discussed before booking.

Can you clean a car park outside normal operating hours?

Early starts, evenings or overnight work can be discussed by arrangement. Availability and suitability depend on the property, access and scope. Provide the operating hours and any noise restrictions so the quote can be based on a practical cleaning window.

Do all parking bays have to be empty at once?

That depends on the layout and whether the work can be staged. Some sites may allow sections to be cleaned separately; others require a broader access window. Vehicle relocation and any exclusions need to be agreed in advance with the property’s authorised contact.

Do you clean strata basements as well as commercial car parks?

Both can be assessed. For strata buildings, resident access and notices are part of the planning discussion. For commercial sites, deliveries, customer parking and trading hours may take priority. The cleaning method and schedule are scoped for the individual property.

Can the car park be included in a larger site clean?

Yes, discuss connecting paths, building entries, loading docks and other surfaces at the same time. A combined quote can define the work across those areas. We serve Sydney and surrounds, approximately 250 km from Sydney, with availability confirmed for your location.
